Why do I think organic gardening is good?
Well, to start, organic gardening is better because you don’t use chemicals. Chemicals damages the plants more than they help it.
Pesticide: pesticide are dangerous for our health. They may not harm you immediately, but they slowly do.
They are also dangerous to our environment. There are birds and other good insects that eat the bad insects on your plants. By spraying the bad insects, the good insects and birds will also get harmed. Because they eat the insects that were sprayed with the pesticide.
An organic solution to these bad insects is worm tea. I’ve never experienced the worm tea killing the insects. I only see them disappear. Maybe they died or maybe they flew away. But what I do know is that they never came back! So you should definitely try this out.
Another method of getting rid of them is to plant different types of flowers. These will atract beneficial insects that will eat the bad insects.
Nutrients: non-organic nutrients damage the soil more than they help the plant. Of course this is bad. Because a bad soil type means no healthy vegetables.
You can give your plants as many non-organic nutrients as you want. But you don’t always see a progress. Sometimes you do.
But one thing for sure is that they won’t make the plant healthier and the vegetables won’t be tastier.
Using organic nutrients will make your plants healthier and your vegetables will also get tastier. And they won’t damage your soil either. They will even make it better than it was!
My organic nutrient is also worm tea. My plants have been growing much better after I started using this. Try it out and let me know how it works.

So my conclusion is that organic gardening is always better. It:
- makes your plants grow healthier
- enhances you soil quality
- makes your vegetables taste better
- won’t damage the soil
- is environment friendly
